Synopsis:

Cyprus 1974, few days after the Turkish invasion we are placed at a random refugee settlement next to one of the Turkish occupied villages. Hundreds of families deprived of everything are forced to live there, filled with anxiety for their recruit men. A dying girl, waiting for a blood transfer (in hospitals they only transfer blood to wounded soldiers), she desperately wants her bridesmaid’s dressing gown that she left when she was in a hurry and they had to evacuate their house. 

At the beginning of the movie she experiences a dream sequence where she is supposed to be dressed in the bridesmaid’s gown and that another little girl attacks her to take her place.

The little girl’s mother not able to bear the fact that she can’t have her gown asks from the United Nations representative to bring the gown to the refugee settlement. The representative refuses at first but after a few days he comes back to the settlement with the gown only to witness the burial service.
